Return Policy FAHT Amsterdam B.V.
You have the right to return our products within 14 days without giving any reason.
In case of breakage of the seal or damage your order is final and cannot be returned.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, have received the product. If you have ordered several products with different delivery times in one order, the return period expires 14 days after the day on which you received the last product. Once you have agreed on a regular delivery of products with us, the return period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you physically receive the first product. To use your right of return we request you to send us an e-mail, whether or not including the model form via firstname.lastname@example.org
You must return the products within 14 days after sending the e-mail.
We request that you return the product in its original packaging with the unbroken seal and undamaged.
After you have made use of your right of our return policy, you will receive all payments, including any delivery costs for the return (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice for a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer) within 14 days back . We will refund you with the same payment method you paid with, unless you agree with us on another method. You bear the costs for the return shipment.
FAHT Amsterdam B.V. is not responsible for shipments that do not arrive. We advise you to return your shipment by registered mail and insured. Also make sure that you sufficiently frank the shipment, because otherwise we cannot accept it. We estimate that these costs will amount to a maximum of € 9.00. With a normal shipment, a maximum of € 7.00. For the exact rates, consult your carrier's website.
We may wait with a refund until we have received the products in original unopened and undamaged packaging.
If the seal is broken, or the products are damaged, you cannot get a refund.
The shipping costs are for you if you still want to keep the products and have to be returned.
Exclusion of right of Return policy
The right of our Return policy is excluded for:
For products that cannot be returned after opening for hygienic reasons.
Products for which the seal has been broken.
