Delivery times stated on the website are indicative. No rights can therefore be derived from the terms mentioned. FAHT Amsterdam B.V. strives to achieve the indicative delivery time as stated on the website. Shipping takes place after the amount to be paid has been received by Faht Amsterdam B.V.

When will my order be delivered within the Netherlands?

FAHT Amsterdam B.V. will try to have your order delivered to you within 1 business day, if you order on business days before 4pm. This depends
on which payment method you choose. In the case of a bank transfer, the order is sent after payment has been agreed. No packages are delivered on Sunday. Custom delivery times apply on holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

FAHT Amsterdam B.V. is proud to service our Queens from all over the world! The default pricing on our site is in EUR, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction.

When will my order be delivered outside the Netherlands?

It usually takes 6-15 business days to arrive in your country however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs.
No packages are delivered on Sunday. Custom delivery times apply on holidays.

How do I know if my package has shipped and is on its way?

As soon as you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation message. Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment,
you will receive an e-mail with shipping information.

I placed an order, but did not receive a confirmation message.

If you do not receive an e-mail from FAHT Amsterdam B.V. within a hour after placing your order, check your Spam folder. It is also possible that the e-mail address has been entered incorrectly. If you still need help, please contact our Service team by calling +31 (0)20 491 73 94

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations
and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all shipments are delivered with a track and trace code from DHL. You usually get this at the end of the day, around midnight.

Who delivers my order?

All deliveries worldwide take place with DHL. They deliver the order to the delivery address indicated by you. DHL delivers on Monday to Saturday.

Are you not at home?

If you are not at home, DHL offers the package to the neighbors. You will then receive a card in the mailbox with the address where the package was delivered.
If your neighbors are not at home, DHL will leave a delivery code on the card. With this you can check on the website of DHL, where and when DHL can deliver the package again, for example the next day at a DHL ServicePoint.

My tracking information indicates that my package has been delivered but I have not received it yet.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact us immediately so we can start an investigation by DHL. As soon as we receive the results of the investigation from DHL, we will contact you by e-mail. If it turns out that DHL did not actually deliver our product to you, you will receive a new shipment for free as soon as possible. Faht Amsterdam B.V. does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by DHL. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Shipment returned non-deliverable.

If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from FAHT Amsterdam B.V., you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

FAHT Amsterdam B.V. is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.
The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
